Answer» Meaning of Exclusive Series : The exclusive series is a type of continuous series. In this, the upper limit of the first class is the lower limit of the next class. The value of the upper limit of the first class is not included in that class and is included in the next class, hence it is called an exclusive series. For example : If the income class is Rs 100-200 and Rs 200-300, then the individual with Rs 200 salary will not be included in the class 100-200, it will be included he the 200- 300 class.
