Since alkyl groups have +I-effect, therefore, electron density in O-H bond INCREASES from `1^(@)` to `3^(@)` alcohols. In other WORDS, the O-H bond in `3^(@)` alcohols is the strongest and hence most difficitul to break followed by O-H bond in `2^(@)` alcohols while the O-H bond in `1^(@)` alcohols is the weakest and hence most easy to break.
