Function of judge:- 1. A judge is an elected or appointed official who conducts court proceedings. 2. Judges must be impartial and strive to properly interpret the meaning,significance, and implications of the law. 3. Judges must also recognize that justice means more than just interpreting the law. 4. They must also SHOW compassion and understanding for the people on both sides of the case. 5.
