HERE IS UR ANSWER..Rainwater harvesting is the accumulation and storage of rainwater for reuse on-site, RATHER than allowing it to run off. The three water harvesting systems practiced in India are:a) BAMBOO pipe drip irrigation system –this system is USED to irrigate crops and is practiced in the state of Meghalaya.b) Guls and Kuls- this system is used to store water which is used for irrigation in the state of HIMACHAL Pradesh.
