1.	What is zero error?
Answer» A measuring instrument may not be actually zero scale may have worn off starting end, in a sliding caliper zero mark of sliding scale may not coincide with zero marks of main scale, a weighing scale shows some weight even if no weight is put on it etc. Such errors are called zero errors.
