Standards should be set and maintained according to the fruit. 2. Never pull the fruit from the branch. This may cause the branch to break or the fruit skin near the stem end can be ruptured. 3. Grade fruits harvested into 3-4 sizes. Pack these in the card- board boxes, poly nets, crates after grading. 4. Do not pack the fruits which are unripe, more ripe, small, irregular shaped, damaged and injured.
