Answer» Answer: Changing of milk into CURD is a chemical CHANGE, because the sugar in milk gets converted to acid, which in turn changes milk from liquid FORM to SOLID form. Milk contains a sugar, lactose. This lactose turns to lactic acid DUE to the presence of bacteria in the milk (lactobacillus). |
