What was the condition on which some villagers were allowed to stay in the reserved forests? Ch4 history? |
|
Answer» e British government in India brought changes in the forest laws, the LIFE of the tribal people affected badly. Various tribes were DIRECTLY connected to the forests in India hence, the NEW laws and policies affected their lives directly. In order to develop RAILWAYS and to control the tribal groups easily, the British government took control of the forests and declared those forests as Reserved Forests for they produced timber. Therefore, tribal people (who lived in these forests) were forced to leave the forests; they were BANNED to enter the reserved forests....plz mark me as brainliest |
