Competition with the international market like that of BANGLADESH, Brazil, Philippines, EGYPT and Thailand. 2. Internal demands were increasing due to government policy of mandatory USE of jute packaging. 3. Farmers were not paid regularly that's they denied to WORK in the industries.4. Decreasing productivity is also a factor.5. Bad quality of PRODUCTS is a great factor.6.
