What were the reasons for the decline of the mughals? (In Detail) |
|
Answer» After the death of Muḥammad Shah in 1748, the Marathas overran almost all of northern India. Mughal rule was REDUCED to only a small area around Delhi. The British took CONTROL of this area in 1803. By the mid-1800s the Mughal EMPIRE had lost all of its territory to its rivals and to the British.Mark me BRAINLIEST!! |
