Answer» A solution is said to be saturated if it has the maximum amount of the solute dissolved in a given amount of the solvent at a given temperature. Saturated solution can also be made unsaturated by increasing the temperature provided the process of dissolution of the solid solute is of endothermic nature i.e., it is accompanied by the absorption of heart.
