Answer» If you use hover buttons to link to other pages, you should take into consideration that search engines cannot follow links defined WITHIN the hover button and CONSEQUENTLY, the linked pages will not be indexed. If you do want to use hover buttons, be sure to also include normal TEXT hyperlinks at the bottom of the PAGE, for example, that can be followed by search engines.
