Where does morula form in human female? Also explain the process of its development from zygote. |
|
Answer» Morula is formed in isthmus, the upper portion of an oviduct. The diploid zygote is formed by the fusion of haploid sperm and ovum which rapidly moves by cleavage through the isthmus of the oviduct by mitotic division. As a result of which blastomeres of 2, 4, 8, 16 daugther cells are produced. This embryo with 8-16 blastomeres is called morula. |
