According to Aristotle, the reasons as to why there erupts revolution in aristocracy is that there is a limited governance of administrators. General public hates the administrators and their system of governance. The people do not regard any distinction between administrator and themselves on the basis of quality and character. The administrative class treats the people with , discrimination. A part of administrator class gets disgruntled because of war or otherwise, and this part demands for division of property.
