Answer» st three FACTORS are all equally challenging, to any DEVELOPING country. A large, ageing population calls for large INFRASTRUCTURE and resources, to take care of the ailing population. Economic and employment issues, social and environmental issues etc. can upset the economic standing of a developing country. Solutions to all these issues, require huge capital inlay, which is where, developing COUNTRIES face hurdles. The World Bank and other financial institutions may provide financial assistance in such cases, but which may be limited. |
