Answer» LORD CURZON partitioned BENGAL in 1905. He said that it's for the administrative purpose but the REAL reason was to seperate the Muslims of East Bengal from the rest of the Bengal and thereby weakened the Congress. ALSO Bengal was a stronghold of the Congress
