Answer» Nandu Bua sa was Bhagwat Singh ji’s sister. Her unannounced visit to the haveli at an odd time shows her bad manners. Her rude and harsh voice surprises both the ladies and the maids of the haveli. She angrily tells Kanwarani sa that her old maid’s daughters disappeared from their duties since they started coming to Binniji’s classes. This shows that she wanted those poor maids to remain illiterate. नन्दू बुआ सा भगवत सिंह जी की बहन थी। असमय पर हवेली में बिना पूर्वसूचना के आना उसके दुष्यचार को दिखाता है। उसकी तेज और उद्दंड आवाज हवेली की स्त्रियों और सेविकाओं दोनों को आश्चर्यचकित करती है। वह क्रोध से कन्वारानी से कहती है कि उसकी वृद्ध सेविका की लड़कियाँ अपने कार्य से गायब हो गई हैं जब से उन्होंने बिन्नी जी की कक्षाओं में आना शुरू किया है। इससे पता चलता है कि वह गरीब सेविकाओं को अशिक्षित ही रहने देना चाहती थी। |
