Why can't we overcome the uncertainty predicted by Heisenberg's principle by building more precise device to reduce the error in the measurement below the h//4pi limit ?

Answer»

SOLUTION :The principle is not due to limitation of the measuring DEVICES. It is on account of the fact that microscopic particles cannot be SEEN even under a microscopic. Their position and velocity cannot be measured without disturbing them by HITTING with photons.
