| Answer» When gas is heated at constant volume no work is done and all the heat goes in raising the internal energy & thus temp. Of gas but when the gas is heated at constant pressure some part of heat is used in doing work in expanding gas -& the remining will increase the internal energy & hence temp. Therefore more heat is required to raise a given temp. Than that of constant volume process.. | |
