Answer» Geeta had a keen desire to know what strange things were there in men’s apartment as to forbid ladies entery. So she trespassed into the men’s apartment. Geeta saw pale green chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. She also saw various hunting sceneries and the gold framed portrait of her husband’s forefathers in their court dresses hung on the wall. गीता की बड़ी तीव्र इच्छा थी यह जानने की कि पुरुषों के कक्षों में ऐसी कौन-सी विचित्र चीजें हैं कि उनमें स्त्रियों का प्रवेश वर्जित है। अत: उसने पुरुषों के कमरों में अनधिकृत प्रवेश किया। गीता ने वहां छत से लटके हुए हलके हरे रंग के झाड़फानूस देखे। उसने दीवारों पर शिकार करने के अनेक दृश्य तथा उसके पति के पूर्वजों के सुनहरे फ्रेम में लगे हुए पोरट्रेट लटके भी देखे। |
