Answer» The father faced difficulty in shooting of the quails because there was complete layer of snow on the ground and it was very difficult to walk upon the slippery surface of the snow and balance to shoot at the birds and the most of the birds had hidden inside the snow covered bushes. It was difficult to jump upon the heap of snow covered bushes and bring the quails out to shoot them. During the shooting his gun had slipped from his hand and he had to manage to shoot a few of them. पिता को भूरी चिड़ियाओं (बटेर) के शिकार में कठिनाई हुई क्योंकि भूमि पर बर्फ की परत जमी हुई थी तथा उस फिसलन वाली सतह पर चलना तथा संतुलन बनाना बड़ा मुश्किल काम था तथा अधिकतर पक्षी बर्फ से ढकी हुई झाड़ियों में छुप गए थे। बर्फ से ढेर बनी झाड़ियों पर कूदना तथा उन्हें बाहर निकालना तथा उन पर निशाना लगाना मुश्किल काम था। शिकार के दौरान उसकी बंदूक उसके हाथ से फिसल गई थी और वह कुछ पक्षियों का ही शिकार कर सका था। |
