Answer» The officer thought that Aksionov had murdered the merchant because he was the only one who stayed with him in the inn. It was locked from inside. No one could enter the inn. There was a blood-stained knife in his bag. His face and manner betrayed himself. He had taken tea with him. His voice was trembling and his face was pale. Even he was accused that he had stolen the merchant’s twenty thousand roubles. The events proved that Aksionov had killed the merchant. अधिकारी ने सोचा कि अक्सियोनॉव ने उस व्यापारी का कत्ल किया था क्योंकि वही वह व्यक्ति था जो उसके साथ धर्मशाला में ठहरा था। यह अन्दर से ताला-बन्द था। कोई भी धर्मशाला में प्रवेश नहीं कर सकता था। उसके थैले में रक्तरंजित चाकू था। उसके चेहरे तथा आचरण ने उसे धोखा दिया। वह उसके साथ चाय पी चुका था। उसकी बोली हकला रही थी तथा उसका चेहरा पीला पड़ गया। यहाँ तक कि उस पर आरोप लगाया गया कि उसने व्यापारी के 20,000 रूबलं चुरा लिये थे। इन घटनाओं ने सिद्ध कर दिया कि अक्सियोनॉव ने उस व्यापारी को मारा था। |
