Why do we add an inoculum of curd to milk for curdling it ? |

Answer» Innoculum contains Lactobacilli which curdles milk into curd with lactic acid. Lactobacillus converts lactose sugar of milk into lactic acid which causes coagulation and partial digestion of milk protein casein as a result milk gets changed into curd. |
