Answer» Because the alcohol take the heat energy from the surrounding and from our palm in the form of latent heat to evaporate and evaporation cause cooling. ??? Because it takes the latent heat from its surroundings that is from our palm... and when it is evaporated it leaves a cooling effect. . |
