Why do wheels on skates not have grooves

1.	Why do wheels on skates not have grooves
Answer» grooves BASICALLY create more friction which keeps the VEHICLES on track (like mountain vehicles), but more friction means decreasing speed & we don't want that in some cases ( Racing Cars) the WHEELS in such cases only need to go fast in PLAIN road so no need of much friction PLUS the rubberised wheels of the skates ...Explanation:plz mark as brainlist and thanked me.
