1. Human rights of Dalits and women in general are normally violated by dominant castes and powerful communities to practice and exhibit patriarchy and caste based discrimination.2. Studies have revealed that the differences between the average income of the superior and inferior castes was a result of caste-based prejudice.10. Women are not completely guarded under the reservations laws because quotas of women are still being discussed in different Indian states.
