1.	Why do you think there was bitterness between Muslims and the British after 1857?
Answer» as bitterness between Muslims and the British after 1857 because Muslims were angry because Bahadur SHAH ZAFAR was shifted to Rangoon Due to which MANY Muslims set a revolt against the BRITISHERS and that is why they did not have good relations. Another main reason for the bitterness was KHILAFAT movement between them due to which there were differences between Britishers and the Muslim community.
