Why does anaerobic respiration produces less energy than aerobic respiration |

Answer» Because it happens in the absence of O2 ex fermentation. In this process no energy is released. Only two molecules of ATP is released which is from glycolysis Because it is a respiration in absence of oxygen. Oxygen is a main product to form glucose and glicose is a substance which further forms energy. |
