Answer» It is so because human rights won’t be properly understood and respected in a cultural and economic vacuum. People who live below the minimum subsistence level, their human rights are least regarded. ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि सांस्कृतिक व आर्थिक शून्य में उनके मानव अधिकारों को न तो ठीक से समझा जायेगा व न ही सम्मान दिया जायेगा। वे लोग जो न्यूनतम जीवन निर्वाह स्तर से नीचे रहते हैं। उनके मानव अधिकारों को न्यूनतम सम्मान दिया जाता है। |
