Answer» Because they were earlier COLLECTIVELY KNOWN as Bharatvarsh.It is the story of long time AGO when India was not divided . Then all the countries that are today known as Indian subcontinent were Known as Bharatvarsh . But after the DIVISION of Indian thes all became new countries . So they are known as Indian subcontinent. |
