The National Food Security Act 2013 ( also Right to Food Act ) is an Act of the Parliament of India which aims to provide SUBSIDISED food grains to approximately two - thirds of India's 1.2 billion people. So that our countries poverty line will DECREASED and economic or healthiness condition get stable.

Food Security is a condition related to the SUPPLY of food and INDIVIDUALS ' access to it. The final report of the 1996 World Food Security " exists when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food to meet and food preferences for an active and healthy life"

The four pillars of Food Security is AVAILABILITY, Access, Utilization and Stability.
