Why it is difficult to prove cause and effect relation between human capital and economic growth? |

Answer» ong>Answer: there are VARIOUS shortcomings which creates a limited benefits of human capital :- A. increasing POPULATION :- population of our country is rising at a fastest rate, rising population may reduce the per-capita availability of the growth benefits B. brain drain :- migration of the people from their own country to developed countries, it is also a BIG threat BECOMING for a country C. inadequate EDUCATION :- it may be the cause because in some of the rural areas still most of the child is not getting the education what they have to got |
