It will not grow and chances are it will dwindle to nothing. You know the expression don't put all your EGGS in one basket. Well that is what that is about. If you keep your town interests limited there will be no growth. But if you take those interests and expand on them and bring in something new growth begins. This equals spreading those eggs about. This is very basic but gets the IDEA across.
