Why value of cp is greater than cv?

1.	Why value of cp is greater than cv?
Answer» Cp is greater than Cv because at const.pressure whole heat is used in two ways. 1.Change in internal energy. 2.Work done,while at const. Volume,whole heat is converted into change in internal energy only. Hence Cp>Cv.
