Answer» I think it would be because hot milk or tea particles would be having more kinetic energy because the rate of evaporation increase with an increase of surface area in the case of saucer as compared to cup and those hot tea or milk in saucer cools faster than a cup so we are able to SIP hot tea or milk faster from a saucer rather than a cup. |
