Answer» It is impossible for a country like India that all the persons to sit together and take collective decision and it is also not necessary for all the people to have epual time and knowledge to take decisions. So, people choose their favourite representative. And the final decision making power rest in the hand of elected representative.
In a democracy, the people of the country have the power to take every decision. The people of the country are considered government maker. So, every power lies with them.The government may take decisions for their selected tenure but the people of the country have the full right to change the government if they feel dissatisfied with them.
