Answer» To The editor Times of India Respected Sir, I beg to state The new Justice Secretary, Mr X , is right to mention that out our justice SYSTEM has enough scope of improvement and should be better. It is quite encouraging to know that a refreshing change is going to happen. It is a good matter to hear LORD Chancellor to highlight the issue of highly confusing and complicated our legal system is. Our slow court processes are a great PUNISHMENT for the victims, witnesses and defendants all together. Many court workers are already frustrated by the reality of how SUCCESSIVE government policies have not addressed this issue. Such a system must be reasonable. It should pay RESPECT to every one.
