Answer» 123 Adarsh Nagar Sir, It is to draw your kind attention to the rude behaviour of Mr R. K. Soni, the cashier of your bank. We have so many complaints against him. Whenever we approach his counter, we have to stand for hours to get the amount because he is often found either out or indulged in chatting. He can be seen talking on phone or another person present there in the bank. We wait for him for a long time but he doesn’t seem to pay attention to the customers. Whenever we request him, he starts behaving in a rude manner, particularly with the customers. When he makes payment, he does not care for priority. He doesn’t make any logical system of paying so that nobody has to stand in queue and wait for his number standing at the window.
