Answer» Dr. Ambedkar had a clear perception of the three pillars of the state. He realised that; the Jurisdiction of each should be clear and not hampered legal bars. He had a sense of the importance of the role of citizens. According to him the constitution should define the position and powers of the three organs of the State-the executive, the Judiciary and the legislature. |
