Answer» During his period, General Ranadulla Kahan of Vijayapura Adil Shahis occupied Bengaluru in 1638. Hence, he started to rule Magadi and Kunigal regions and made Magadi his capital. He had marked the borders of Bengaluru and had built four watch towers in the marked places. During his reign Bengaluru grew as a major weaving center. He built forts at Magadi, Savandurga, Huliyuxdurga, Huthridurga and others. He also constructed new villages, temples and tanks.
