My New House

My father has bought a new house for us. There is a small lawn in front of the main building. There are a few fruit trees and some flower beds. There are three rooms, two store-rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and one toilet. All the rooms are airy and well ventilated. The doors and windows are well polished. We use one room as the drawing room, one as the dining room and the third one as the bedroom. One of the store rooms is well ventilated and I use it as study room. There is an almirah in it. I keep my books etc. in it. We like our new house very much.

मेरा नया मकान

हमारे पिताजी ने हमारे लिए एक नया मकान खरीदा। मुख्य भवन के सामने घास का एक छोटा-सा मैदान है। वहाँ फलों के कुछ पेड़ के फूलों की क्यारियाँ हैं । वहाँ तीन कमरे, दो भण्डार-गृह, एक रसोई, एक स्नान-घर तथा एक प्रसाधन-कक्ष है। सभी कमरे हवादार हैं । दरवाजे और खिड़कियों पर अच्छी पॉलिश है। हम एक कमरे को स्वागतकक्ष, दूसरे कमरे को भोजन-कक्ष तथा तीसरे कमरे को शयन-कक्ष के रूप में उपयोग करते हैं। भण्डार-गृह पूर्ण वातायनयुक्त है और मैं उसका अध्ययन-कक्ष के रूप में उपयोग करता हूँ। उसमें एक आलमारी है। इसमें मैं अपनी पुस्तकें इत्यादि रखता हूँ। हम अपने नये घर को बहुत पसन्द करते हैं।
