The First Day of My Annual Examination

Annual examination is the stepping-stone to the next class. In March, 2016 I appeared at the Secondary Examination. I reached the school in time. Many students were standing here and there. There was a seating-chart on the noticeboard. We found out our seats. A bell rang. Two teachers came. They distributed the answer-books to the students. We carefully made entries on the first page. After some time again a bell rang. The teachers distributed the question-papers. We began to write answers. The teachers were taking rounds in the room. There was complete peace. Every student was doing his work. When the time was over, we stopped writing. The invigilators collected the answer-books. The students came out of the classes. We talked about the question-paper. Then we came home.

मेरी वार्षिक-परीक्षा का प्रथम दिवस

अगली कक्षा में जाने के लिए वार्षिक परीक्षा एक सोपान है। मार्च, 2016 में मैंने सैकण्डरी परीक्षा दी। मैं ठीक समय पर स्कूल पहुँचा। अनेक विद्यार्थी इधर-उधर खड़े हुए थे। नोटिस-बोर्ड पर सिटिंग-चार्ट लगा हुआ था। हमने अपनी सीटें तलाश कीं। एक घण्टी बजी। दो अध्यापक आये। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को उत्तरपुस्तिकाएँ वितरित कीं। हमने प्रथम पृष्ठ पर सावधानीपूर्वक प्रविष्टियाँ कीं। थोड़ी देर पश्चात् पुनः एक घण्टी बजी। अध्यापकों ने प्रश्न-पत्र वितरित किए। हमने उत्तर लिखने आरम्भ कर दिए। अध्यापक कमरे में चक्कर लगा रहे थे। पूरी शान्ति थी। प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी अपना कार्य कर रहा था। जब समय समाप्त हो गया तो हमने लिखना बन्द कर दिया। वीक्षकों ने उत्तर-पुस्तिकाएँ एकत्रित कीं। विद्यार्थी कक्षाओं से बाहर आ गये। हमने प्रश्न-पत्र के विषय में बातें कीं। फिर हम घर आ गये।
