A Visit to A Book Exhibition

Last Sunday I went with my friends to see a book-exhibition in my town. We reached there. There was a long queue before the booking window. We purchased tickets and entered the exhibition ground. There were many stalls. Many publishers of repute participated. Books almost on all subjects were displayed. There was a separate section for children’s books. A special discount of 20% was allowed on books for the students. There were some other stalls. They were selling toys, CDs, fancy goods and so many `things. There were rush on every stall. There were games of tricks and skill. At some other stalls tea, sweets, chat and other eatables were being sold. There was a merry-go-round. I purchased some books. Now we were getting late, so we came back to our houses. I was very happy.

एक पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी देखने जाना

पिछले रविवार को मैं अपने मित्रों के साथ अपने कस्बे में पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी देखने गया। हम वहाँ पहुँचे। टिकिट (टिकट) खिड़की के सामने लम्बी कतार थी। हमने टिकट खरीदे और प्रदर्शनी के मैदान में प्रवेश किया। वहाँ कई दुकानें थीं। कई प्रतिष्ठित प्रकाशकों ने हिस्सा लिया था। लगभग सभी विषयों पर पुस्तकें प्रदर्शित की गई थीं। बच्चों की पुस्तकों का एक पृथक् विभाग था। विद्यार्थियों के लिए पुस्तकों की खरीद पर 20 प्रतिशत की विशेष छूट प्रदान की जा रही थी। वहाँ कुछ अन्य दुकानें थीं। उन पर खिलौने, सीडी, फेन्सी सामान व अनेक वस्तुएँ बेची जा रही थीं। प्रत्येक दुकान पर भीड़ थी। वहाँ चतुराई और दक्षता के कुछ खेल थे। कुछ स्टालों (दुकानों) पर चाय, मिठाई, चाट और अन्य खाने योग्य सामान बेचे जा रहे थे। वहाँ एक चकरी झूला था। मैंने कुछ पुस्तकें खरीदीं। अब हमें देरी हो रही थी, इसलिए हम घर लौट आये। मैं बहुत खुश था।
