My First Day in School

I shall always remember my first day in school. I went to school in new dress. I saw that many students were standing in groups. A bell rang. All the students went Sanjiv English Course-Class 11 to their classes. I also went to the class. After sometime a teacher came into the class. He wrote the names of the students. Then he told us the names of the books, After 40 minutes again a bell rang. After some time another teacher came. He told us the names of the books. After the fourth period there was recess. When the recess was over, we went to our classes. At 12.30 a long bell rang. We came out of our classes and went to our houses. I was very happy,

स्कूल में मेरा प्रथम दिन

स्कूल में मेरे प्रथम दिवस को मैं सदैव याद रखेंगा। मैं नये वस्त्रों में स्कूल गया। मैंने देखा कि अनेक विद्यार्थी समूहों में इधर-उधर खड़े हुए थे। एक घण्टी बजी। सभी विद्यार्थी अपनी-अपनी कक्षाओं में गये। मैं भी कक्षा में गया। थोड़ी देर पश्चात् एक अध्यापक कक्षा में आया। उसने विद्यार्थियों के नाम लिखे। फिर उसने हमें पुस्तकों के नाम बताए। चालीस मिनट के पश्चात् पुनः एक घण्टी बजी। थोड़ी देर पश्चात् एक अन्य अध्यापक आया। उसने हमें पुस्तकों के नाम बताए। चौथे पीरियड के पश्चात् अर्द्धअवकाश (खेल-घण्टी) हुआ। जब अर्द्ध-अवकाश समाप्त हुआ तो हम अपनी कक्षाओं में गये। 12.30 बजे लम्बी घण्टी बजी। हम अपनी कक्षाओं में से बाहर आये और अपने-अपने घरों को गये। मैं बहुत खुश था।
