Answer» ngars lived in the arid regions of Maharashtra. During summer, SINCE there was nothing to LEAN UPON for SURVIVAL, they marched to the Konkani village. There the Konkani peasants welcomed them because the cattle of the dhangars helped in manuring their fields. Since they were helped by the dhangars they welcomed them and in return gave them their crop YIELDS for their return journey during rainy season.Hope it helps uuuu
