I beg to draw your KIND attention towards the purchase of a coloured B.P.L. T.V. from your shop vide cash memo no. 518 dated 25th December, 2011. It worked very well for a few months but now it has created disturbance for all of US. Its picture often changes and there is a whir sound in it. Even its switches do not work properly and lines often appear on the SCREEN. It even TAKES a lot of time before functioning.

Before purchasing you pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it was only a bargain. It has got some fault. You also provided me with a guarantee card in case there appears any defect. So I request you to REPLACE the television as it stands within the stipulated guarantee period.
