Write down the energy changes in burning firecrackers |
|
Answer» First of all, BURNING of substances in air is a CHEMICAL REACTION. So the chemical reaction INVOLVED in burning firecrackers is an irreversible reaction i.e there only the forward reaction. Also burning firecrackers produces CO2, CO, and water vapour which are TOTALLY different from the original reactant(firecracker). As we all know a chemical change involves formation of a new substance and it's irreversible in nature. |
