Flag Drill-Position : Hold both the flags with hands keeping them straight in front with bend at elbows and arms touching the body. Remain in the position of attention.

Exercise No. 1 

1. Stretch left arm in front and bring forward left foot. 

2. Move left arm to the left and left foot to the left. 

3. Repeat step No. 1 

4. Return to the original position. 

5. Repeat the same exercise with the right arm and right leg.

Continue to the 8 set or 16 set.

Exercise No. 2

1. Stretch both the arms in front. 

2. Raise both the arms above the shoulders and stand on toes. 

3. Bring both the arms in front and lower the heels. 

4. Return to the originate position and continue to the count to 16 set.

Exercise No. 3 

1. Stretch left arm in front. 

2. Raise left leg up bent at the knee and raise left arm above the head. 

3. Lower the leg and stretch arm in front. 

4. Return to the original position. 

5. Repeat the process with right arm and right leg and continue the whole process to the count of 16 set.

Exercise No. 4 

1. Cross both the arms above the head and cross both the legs moving right leg over the,left. 

2. Return to the original position. 

3. Cross right arm over the left arm over the head and cross left leg over right leg. 

4. Return to the original position and continue to the count of 16 set.
