Answer» The unregulated and irregular cutting of forests has resulted in increase in levels of carbon dioxide in atmosphere, scanty rainfall and ecological imbalances which have consequently resulted in reduction of biodiversity, damage to vegetation and threat to survival of wild animals, damage to cottage industry, increase in natural hazards, change in weather and climate and global warming.
