Answer» (i) Polymerase chain reaction technipue is used to prepare multiplecopies gene of interest in vitro using two sets of primers and the enzyme DNA polymerase. (ii) Restriction endonucleases make cut at specific positions within DNA. (iii) It produces an enzyme Taq polymerase which is resistant to denaturation by heat. The enzyme is used to amplify a specific DNA fragment in PCR technique.
